Einstein Activity Capture Events are not getting created in salesforce

We are using Einstein Activity Capture Feature . When organizer is outside of the salesforce (Not a contact in salesforce) trying to create an Event it is showing in google calendar, which is available in salesforce but not creating salesforce standard event.
