Email Template Table Run on All Records of a Certain Object

I'm trying to create a table that pulls all of the Event Score Card records and filters on just the records with a Start Date equal to Yesterday. 

I know how to create tables with related records but I've never created a table without this parent/child relationship.

Any ideas?
