Any value picklist

Hello community,

Is there a function where the condition might be choose any value of the picklist?

I have a picklist with a lot of options, but I want a validation for a field which it would depend of the previous picklist, but I want any value.

Yes, I have dos fields in the object Opportunity:
- Field 1 is a picklist with A,B,C... options
- Field 2 is a checkbox true and false

When the salesman have to close the opportunity should be mandatory to always have a value in Field1 and Field2 should be True.
