FAD for autograph signing

Hello! I would like to know if anyone has used FAD for autograph signing. Has anyone seen this error? It did not solve the problem with users other than the administrator.

HI Stephania,
Can you check your callout code and ensure below is added
req.setHeader('Accept','application/json');

There were similar scenarios in the past with the same error message and setting this header fixed the issue

Thank you very much, but we can not access the code because it is an installed package..

As we end users cannot access the code of the managed package, it is recommended to reach out to the package provider for their inputs. Thanks
