Digital Experience - rename confirm button

hi,
I have a digitial experience site which allows the user to create records in SF using the standard new record page.
Is it possible to rename the "Confirm" button?

just realised this is a global quick action - still don't know why the text on the button is "Confirm" rather than "Save"
