BAsically while configurring email to case we basically set forwarding rules which identifies that whichever mail is coming to this specific mail id could be converted as a lead in our salesforce org just wanted to know if we had an Outlook in our scenario not gmail so where we basically placed forwarding rules for outlook to salesforce
