Is there a way by which we can disable TDTM_LEAD, TDTM_CONTACT and TDTM_ACCOUNT triggers in EDA?

Currently we are trying to create leads, leverage OOTB lead conversion to create account, contact and opportunity. During execution we observed that the TDTM_Lead, TDTM_Contact and TDTM_Account triggers are getting executed. We donot want these triggers to run as they are adding unwanted latency and increasing the overall processing time.

Through Trigger Handlers we can control the execution of apeex classes for certain users but cannot stop these EDA TDTM triggers from execution. Is there a way by which we can prevent these triggers from getting executed?
