Case object has a custom field and the object is private, how can we achieve view and read access to others instead of owners.?

Hi, how can we achieve this, like all the users must have read and write access?

Hi,

If all the users should have read and write access  then change the OWD of that object. If you dont wish to do so create a public group with all the required users and create a sharing rule for that public group.

Also, the case object has a custom field. 
I want all the different ways we can achieve this without changing the OWD. It has to be private. LIke we can use apex sharing, manual sharing, sharing rules, territory management, all the ways. In the sharing rule, it will be a owner ship based sharing is that right? 

I apologize, I probably did not get the requriement when it comes to the custom field though.
