Content Type Manager showing an error- "Invalid or Expired Session"

Hi,
I needed custom content type so I downloaded Content type manager app from the app exchange in my sandbox. I gave all the required permissions and settings. But while creating a new content type its shoqing an error- "Invalid or Expired Session" and not letting me to create it. Am I missing something?  Please assist.

HI Amrita,
I installed the package https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000G5spmUAB from appExchange in my dev org and was able to create a new content type after adding the url (In my case https://cti12-dev-ed--sflabs-cms-ct.ap4.visual.force.com )to remote site settings

Have you added your org's URL too before creating the content type?

Thanks

Hi Swetha,
Thank you for your reply. I added the url to remote site serttings, but still getting the same error. Do I need to check anything else? Any setting or permissions? I downloaded the app directly from the app exchange app, I was not able to download through my org(Appexchange Marketplace) because getting the below error when trying through my org-

"We can’t log you in because of an authentication error. For help, contact your Salesforce administrator."

Hi Amrita,
Can you clear your browser cache and reauthenticate to see if that clears this error? If that does not fix, recommend reaching out to the package provider for further inputs.

If this information helps, please mark the answer as best. Thank you
