I have one question we have account record that record is parent then I want to show related list if the account is child account I don't want to show the related list is it possible ?

No, I dont think this would be possible with standard functionality and this is something out of box solution. You can try implementing custom functionality and display related list as per you requirement.

By using Record types we can achive this creating 2 different record type chage the record type based on your condition then you will get your desire  result
