How can I allow access to Topics related to custom object for Power BI?

I have a user attempting to create a Power BI report from a custom object with Topics associated. Diving into the background tables within Salesforce, he was able to find the Topic Assignment table that associates the Topic ID to the Object ID (in this case the specific custom object ID). The problem is Power BI doesn't allow connection to this table. It appears it may be a permissions issue within Salesforce (screen grab attached). Any thoughts? User-added image

Based on error, issue seem to be with power BI not from salesforce can you check with BI team on same.
