Error message is displaying when user clicks on Generate document button on quote

After the Approval of quote, Form should be populated once the user clicks on Generate document button. but error throws "Please ensure the quote is setup correctly".

Not really sure about which error you get upon clicking Generate, but you can try referring this document to resolve it.

i think, need to fix this on OnclickJavaScript code.
