Check for these steps and verify if any problem exists:
1. Field Visibility: Ensure that the custom field's visibility settings are configured correctly. Go to the custom field definition and check the field-level security settings to make sure it's visible to the appropriate profiles. 2. Page Layouts: Confirm that the custom field is added to the page layout that is assigned to the Opportunity object. If it's not on the layout, it won't appear in the related list. 3. Related List Settings: Check the related list settings for the Opportunity object. Go to Setup > Object Manager > Opportunity > Related Lists and find the related list that displays Products. Ensure that the custom field is selected to be displayed in that related list. 4. Field-Level Security on Opportunity: Make sure that the user profiles you are testing with have read access to the Opportunity object itself. If a user doesn't have access to the Opportunity object, they won't be able to see custom fields on the related list.

Hi @Manmohan,
Check for these steps and verify if any problem exists:
1. Field Visibility:
Ensure that the custom field's visibility settings are configured correctly. Go to the custom field definition and check the field-level security settings to make sure it's visible to the appropriate profiles.
2. Page Layouts:
Confirm that the custom field is added to the page layout that is assigned to the Opportunity object. If it's not on the layout, it won't appear in the related list.
3. Related List Settings:
Check the related list settings for the Opportunity object. Go to Setup > Object Manager > Opportunity > Related Lists and find the related list that displays Products. Ensure that the custom field is selected to be displayed in that related list.
4. Field-Level Security on Opportunity:
Make sure that the user profiles you are testing with have read access to the Opportunity object itself. If a user doesn't have access to the Opportunity object, they won't be able to see custom fields on the related list.
I hope this will help you.
Thanks!
