Hey Team, If i have lot of opportunity records with stage name like prospecting and so on. I want to count the stagename for each values and I need to sort them decending order. Can somebody help me on this? Thank You in Advance.

Output to Excel using the free version of XL-Connector (https://www.xappex.com/knowledge-base/installing-enabler/) and use the countif formulas there. Alternatively, you can hook the pulled data to a pivot table and slice and dice it in any way you want.
