Calculate average amount from top 3 opportunities by close date on the account record

Hi All
There are multiple solutions for this below task but I want to achieve this using standard features of salesforce like roll up summary, formula fields or flows and not using apex. Please help me to send the step by step instructions to achieve this below requirement:

"For each account, I want to find the average value of the next 3 upcoming opportunities by Close Date. The average value needs to be stored on the record and updated in real time."
