Can approval process be used to send an outbound message without apex code ?

Hello Saravana,

Outbound messages can be triggered by using Workflow, Approval process,flows, and Entitlement process. Outbound message is used to send a message to external web services or an application when the record is created or updated in the Salesforce. But still it is suggested to use Flows for the same.

Hello saravana ,

You can send the outbound message using workflow, entitlement processes, or approval processes. The best thing about the outbound message is, you do not need to write any apex code you can create it by simple point & Click.
