Anshul Kapoor 8 on searching with @ in chatter, how can we make ensure that users as per some profile will be visible
We have the requirement that searching with @ on chatter post, only users with NSC profile having country 'India' should be available. How can we make ensure this?
I don't think it is possible to restrict @mentions using OOTB functionality.There is an idea https://ideas.salesforce.com/s/idea/a0B8W00000GddGAUAZ/chatter-mention-list-needs-to-be-customizable that I'd recommend upvoting so that Salesforce product team can consider for future releases
