Hi 조은아,

Salesforce does not provide a direct functionality to modify the order of list views. The list views are displayed in alphabetical order.
But if you want to order them according to your functionality then you can add the number as a prefix in the list view name
Eg:--> 1.My Account
           2.Recently viewed
This way, you can order the list view based on the numerical prefixes.

Thanks

HI 조은아,

I don't think this is supported. Recommend upvoting the below Ideas on IdeaExchange so that salesforce product team can implement them in coming releases

 Salesforce allows Changing the default sort order of a list view by clicking on the column header for the field you want to sort by. An arrow will appear indicating how the list is sorted. You can also change the default sort order by creating a custom list view and specifying the sort order
