Will Bauzon Notifications on Schema Changes?
Is there a way to set up either a week dump or email notification of when an administrator creates a custom field in SFDC? This is critical for my ETL guys to know so that they can add the fields to their scripts.
I don't think there is any feature out of the box where you can set notifications for schema changes except manual check on the audit trail:https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=admin_monitorsetup.htm&language=en
