We can create oppertunity related to our product suppose our sales departmanet decided to sale one product in different countries market so related to that countries requirment we r created different type of oppertunity to attract more customer to sale our thing in differnet dountries market so basically its related to each other that way....

Here's a schematic of the relationships involved.

Products are related to Pricebook via the PriceBookEntry (junction) Object. Opportunity LineItems look up to the PriceBookEntry Object, rather than looking up directly to Product2.
