In Master-Detail relationship if we delete parent record then automatically child records will delete,after 5 days i want to update same record how?Is it possible?

All deleted records will be available in the recycle bin for 15 days or 25 times the Mb of your total storage data, you can able to restore the deleted from recycle bin and do your operation.
