All of the page attributes are described in the documentation here. (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.pages.meta/pages/pages_compref_page.htm" target="_blank) The first one, "cache" allows for the page to be cached for faster loading when you visit the same page another time. The second one, "sidebar" determines whether the salesforce sidebar on your left hand side should be displayed or hidden.
