Email to salesforce doesn't add attachment


I enabled the option email to salesforce so it's active and i disabled 'Advenced Email Security settings'. Then under my settings -> my email to salesforce I enabled the option 'Always save email attachements'. Now when I try to send the email from outlook or gmail it's assigned corectly to the contact but not attachements. Are there any other settings that could interfear with this or should I contact support?

Hi Urban90,

The maximum size of the inbound email must not exceed 25Mb which includes the Email Body, Headers and Attachments together otherwise the email will not be processed

Please check if thats the case.

Hi Naga,

The size of message including the attachement is no more than 400kb. And I can see email then at salesforce but i can't see the attachement.
