pending as the picklist value

Hi ,
i am having the approval status field and pending as the picklist value .When i select the pending value the pending related records has to be listed

You can build a Report on Approval History Object to get the list of records in a different stages. Follow the below steps

1. Go to Report Tab - >Click New Report
2. Select 'Approval History' under the Administative report section

Then you can darg and drop the fields you want to view then add the 'Status' field in the report filter condition
