Not able to log in to my DE environment

Each time I try to log in to my DE Environment in order to complete my Trailhead course at: https://na34.salesforce.com/setup/forcecomHomepage.apexp?setupid=ForceCom  my browsers ( Safari and Chrome) automatically redirect me to: https://login.salesforce.com/index.jsp?ec=20037&eco=1   and I  am not able to log in with my username: rsarno@envisiontel.develper.com

I've tried clearing the cache and browsing data for both browsers and it still automatically redirects me, is there somethign I'm doing incorrectly or another way to get inot my DE Environment?  Please advise, thank you.

Hello Rob,

Currently all instance working from salesforce side. Try with resetting your password, If not works  then Log a Case to salesforce.

Can you try logging into http://login.salesforce.com instead? Also, here is the link to "Forgot Your Password":

Thank you, I am able to log into my company's salesforce site just not my DE, is there a way to get to my DE Environment through that portal? 

I apprecciate your help, I'm working on receivng my Salesforce certification.

I apprecite your help, when I try to reset my password using my rsarno@envisiontel.developer.com username for Sandbox edition (links to my DE account) I NO longer receive an email to reset my password.

Should I just create a new DE Edition?

Hi Rob, looking back at one of your old posts, you mentioned your username was 'rsarno@envisiontel.develper.com' not 'rsarno@envisiontel.developer.com' like you mentioned above.

Hi, yes that was pointed out to me and thank you for your acute perception 😀 I called support and I had been locked out of the DE Environment and now I'm alll set flying along with my training.  Thank you for your help!
