Integration for different SFDC instance.

In our organization there are 3 different instance for each business unit. and I am holding licence for all the three licence.
Is there any way I can use signle user login and can access all the three instance of SFDC.

Unfortunately, no. You have to have different log-ins for each instance.

Has there been naything though to combining the instances & using security/sharing model to keep data hidden from the right users?

You can do this by enabling SSO (Single Sign On).However, it can be tricky to setup and can be dangerous if you don't set it up correctly (e.g. users may not be able to log in, depending).  Here's a link for more info on SSO across multiple Salesforce orgs: https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Implementing_Single_Sign-On_Across_Multiple_Organizations

However, as Becka pointed out, it's worth first looking into consolidating your orgs and merging the sharing models, data, and metadata first.  There are several partners and SIs that can help you with that too.
