If case is closed I have to send the mail to user then user replies same mail that should be create new case

Hi Subbu - Could you please clarify your question? Are you looking to have an email reply create a new case in the instance that the original email is a case closure notification?

Original email is a case closure notification,If user replies , replay mail only  create a new case
