User not able to save record while others with same profile can

One user belonging to a particular profile not able to save record, while other users with the same profile can able to save the record. There are no permission sets, sharing rules specific to a group/user.

What is the error that is being displayed when this particular user tries to save the record ?

Insufficient privileges

Have you set Role hierarchy ? If so check if the particular user's access to the record is restricted due to it.

Hi,

Please compare the Role of both user and permission set of both user. If you talking about same record on which one user is able to edit and other is not the need to check sharing of the record.


Please attach the screen shot for more specific error which your facing.
