How to check which record types are accessibe for XYZ profile

Hello,

How to check which record types for Account are accesible for system admin

Aha!  You have the Enhanced Profile settings turned on.
Click Object Settings
Select the Object (Account) you are reviewing
You'll see the <Object>Record Types and Page Layout Assignments section and see what Record Types have been applied.

Open the Profile, and scroll down to the "Record Type Settings" section of the page.  Each object listed will display the record types that are available to the Profile.
