I am getting problems in fusion charts. I am unable to understand the actuall path. how to use ,where to use in salesforce. Please help to come out from this problem.

These are pretty standard javascript charting. You would just import the javascript library into a Visualforce page and then generate your javascript to pull data (bunches of ways to do that) and then generate your charts.
