Swathi Cse Standard pick list value in price book fileld
Hi,
I am unable to create the code, my requirement is when once we select the Standard pick list value in price book fileld , it does not be vailable for second time selection.

You cannot customize the out-of-the-box selection screen for Price Books on Opportunities. If you want to have that level of control over the UI/UX, you will need to create a custom button for "Choose Price Book", hide the standard one, and use a Visualforce solution to do what you want.
