Not able to Enroll in Developer Edition


I read another disscusion that had the same problem I did ( "Sorry, we can't enroll you in a Salesforce Developer Edition account because the email address you entered is already in use. To sign up with a different email address, go to .")

The solution was to have the password reset. May I please have my password reset? Username:

Hola Veronica,

To have your password reset you will need to contact SF.

Try first yourself if you can, going to :
you can click "Forgot Your password? " . You will have to specify the username (  where the pass needs to be reset and you will get a new email to reset it. 
If this doesn't work you will need to contact SF.
