Is salesforce customer community pages responsive in nature?

Hi Sumanta,

The Salesforce community is quite responsive when you ask a specific question with sufficent data as to give us enough to work on. Then again if you ask random, vague or hypothetical questions... its more of a challenge to get responses.

My question is regarding "Community Cloud". Is Community Pages (like forum) has the quality of responsive design, when accessed from different devices?
