What are the procedure and steps of Integrating BMC remedy force in Salesforce.

Hi ,

Can anybody help me with Remedy fore integration in Salesforce for incident management.
What are the procedure.
how Data loader will be used here.
Will workflows and triggers will be used, Since it is a managed App for ticketing tool

I would just follow the docs from BMC [1] [2].  The data loader will work as nomal assuming you have access to all of the objects you need and they can be dataloaded.  You should able to write workflows / triggers against the objects.

If you have additional questions or need clarification, I would recommend reaching out to BMC directly [3] or ask the BMC community [4]
