Assign existing contact to case from webToCase form

Hi,
 
Is there a was to auto-assign a webToCase Case to contact that exists already?  Can I pass other info like salesforce contactID or something?

Nope. Just use the email field on the web-to-case form. If the email is unique in your system, web to case will automatically assign the case to the correct contact. If you have duplicates, it's probably time to start cleaning those up.
