Getting started with s-controls, etc ..

Hi all,

I'm looking for some advice on how to get started with s-controls,etc .. how techie do you need to be .. are there any Apex/s-controls for dummies type resources.

What is it specifically that you want to do?

Salesforce runs an APEX course (5 day) that takes you from general saleforce customization through s-controls to .net/java integration.

If you have a specific problem that you are working on, state it here and the experts here will help.
