Field Dependencies

Is there a way to  mass update Field Dependencey?  I have 100+ values under controlling field, I have to include the drop down selection on each one which is very time consuming.
 
Please share if there is a easy way.Thankyou

I'm not sure if there is a way to do a mass update of field dependencies.  However, I am in the process of finishing up a series of articles about how to use Visualforce to replicate dependent picklist functionality using related objects.  This approach would make a mass update much more possible, although Visualforce is, of course, not yet production.
