web to lead queue tracking

i need to assign new leads to certain queue 's using web to lead - each queue should have his own ID (such as 33, numeric value) and I should create different links for each queue.  When the queue link is clicked, that lead should be assigned to that queue.  Seems easy, but I cannot figure it out.  Any help would be greatly appreciated I feel the answer is staring me right in the face.

1. Set up Lead Assignment Rules that assign to the appropriate Queue based on, say, a custom field.
2. Pass the (possibly hidden) custom field along with the rest of the data - now the value in your custom field can change with the link you are sending it from.

Ok, but in order to avoid making 10 pages each with a different <hidden> tag I want to be able for the agent to type in the standard link with the additional =CODE and that =CODE is passed through as a hidden custom field that will then follow the assignment rule.
 
any idea?
