File Upload through s-control

Hi All,
 
I am creating a form through s-control. In this we need to upload pdf file from the client machine.
 
Please provide any sample code for uploading file through s-control

Hi Tom,

I'm facing a similar problem where I need to upload a file through an S-Control (see this post for more details on my requirement) and haven't been able to figure out an elegant solution yet.

Hi Tom,

I am very new to Salesforce and APEX programming...we also have a same requirement like uploading file form local machine to salesforce.com..Can you give some idea on how to implement it...!! It will be great if you could help on this..Thanks in advance.
