ColoradoMike Access new Personal Tags programmatically?
Can anyone suggest a way to access the new Personal Tags programmatically? I'd like to access the Tags my users have set against their Contacts, for example. I don't see anything in the API about this... thanks!
I'm afraid there's currently no way to access tags via the API, though it's definitely a feature we're considering for a future release. One way to ensure that it's a top priority is if you post that as an idea on ideas.salesforce.com. I'd sure vote for it!
