How can I automate the process of periodically reporting or automatic e-mail the excel page produced from SalesForce Report ?

Jasper4Salesforce now includes a scheduling capability which allows a user to schedule a Jasper4Salesforce report and have it emailed to a distribution list.  You can find it on the AppExchange and try it out.
