Project/Issues Management - Custom Objects

I have just deployed the Project/Issues Management from the Custom Objects in SFDC.
Where do I customize this section to add more custom fields, etc.?
I asked the Support, but they said to go to this community since this Section is not supported and not tested.
That's odd that Support wouldn't answer that one, since that's standard functionality. To add fields to an installed custom object, you go to the object's setup page (Setup | Build | Custom Objects | <Object Name> ). Assuming you're not using a managed app (which Project Management is not, last time I checked), you should be able to add, remove, and alter fields to suit your organization's needs.
