Hello,

I have been working on an new email template for an email alert.

When I set it up as in this picture:

Issue with creating an email template

it shows up. When I went to test it all the Shareholder proposal information disappeared.

Is there are reason I can't use the custom object I created (Shareholder Proposal)?

Thanks

I'd like to add the Contract Contact Role related list to the Contact page layout, akin to Opportunity and Case Contract Roles. But it's not available. Why is the relationship between Contract and Contact different than Opportunity or Case and Contact?

I created a new Lighthing App and Added Reports into it, I was able to create a Report but I am unable to create a chart on that report.

Add Chart property in the UI is disabled for me. I have System Administrator, Standard User, Standard Platform User Access on the New Lighthing App that I have created.

Hello, I followed the video as instructed and at timestamp 4:58, it talks about creating a chart. My "Add Chart" option is disabled.

What should I do to enable it?

    Thank you.

Help please: I've created an Outbound Change Set. I've added objects, fields, and page layouts. I also have a Flow (Triggered After Save) that I'd like to add to the OCS. How do I do it?

    Hello Terrance,

Using a Change Set you can find this under Flow Definitions you can then select any active flow and add this into the Change Set.

If this helps please mark as best.

    Thanks, Tom

I have a client that rececntly switch to Outlook from gmail to log their emails in salesforce. They are noticing that the formatting is off when they are using Outlook. Is there anything that I can do to help fix the formatting or is that how salesforce handles Outlook logged emails?

Looks like this is a reoccurring issue... Also, I passed through this section before and got stuck when trying to quick find "agents" it did not have that option for me. So, I am back at square one, and now I am unable to get through the 1st "Unified Link 1" Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Hello @Diana La, are you sure the 3 streams have been correctly ingested ?

Please rerun the failed ingestion if it failed. Eric

I'm curious about how others are implementing Care Plans using OmniStudio.

To explain, care plan interventions are essentially task records. Even with care plan templates, the customization options for these task records are quite limited.

How do you handle the need to collect detailed information about actions taken in specific care plan interventions using custom fields? In my case, multiple layouts with different custom fields are necessary.

I've created a custom object to store this information. However, this custom object cannot be directly added to the standard Care Plan flex card, and I feel this solution might not be ideal.

I’m asking this question again in a different way because I’ve never actually gotten a definitive answer.  This is my first multicurrency org, so I came into it not knowing a whole lot.     We have products in USD, our corp currency. Each product has multiple currency price book entries with unit price $0. Price is set on the product option (see below).

We have bundles sold in multiple countries with the product currency field set to the local currency. Price book entries are for that same local currency.

We use the unit price field on the product options. I know multicurrency is not respected. I know that whatever price is shown is what appears on the quote line regardless of quote currency.

My question: should the product option currency match the bundle parent? For example bundle A sold in Canada has currency CAD. Must the product options be set to CAD as well? I’m guessing it doesn’t matter since the unit price isn’t converted anyway. It just looks odd to have product options with a different currency (or in some cases a mix of local and USD currencies).

The currency on the product option sets automatically, based on the currency for the opportunity and quote.  They will all be the same.
