Enabling Translation Workbench

Is it possible to enable the Translation Workbench in the developer edition for a general review? 

What is the best way to import our customizations and a sample portion of data into the developer edition?

Any tips or experiences with multi-language/multi-currency support would also be appreciated!

It can be done. Are you currently evaluating? If so, your account exec or CSM could do this.

I'll look into why this is not on for a developer edition account.

I have found many articles telling me I have to contact 'support' to have this feature enabled. I can find no support number or email though, can someone please help me out.
