Products and Cases
I have noticed that you can add a related list of Cases to the Product Page Layouts, however I am unable to relate products on the Case Layout?
How do you setup the relationship between Products and Cases?

The cases related list on products will display these types of cases.
I am curious how companies that take pre-sale customer support calls relate their cases to products. Of course you can just have a picklist, but then you have double maintenance of product lists, and many companies have more than 250 products, which would make you have more than 1 picklist.
I've not tried it, but if i recall this is somewhat close to one of the use cases which that app was built for.
