API 8.0 Documentation

When will the documentation for version 8.0 of the API be available?
 
If it is currently available, where can I find it?

Great, thank you for the reply.

I read a brief message the other day that indicated that 8.0 would support email notifications being sent as a result of a lead assingment rule being triggered.

Can you elaborate on this?  Is there just a new propery in the header of the call (if so, how does it work?  Is it just a boolean flag?), or can email notifications be sent using the existing heading structure?

Can you conform that this will be supported in 8.0?
