XML/RPC API is not enabled for this Organization or Partner

I have a few clients that are still using the old XML/RPC API.  
 
After the maintenance window on Jan 5, 2006, one of my clients is no longer able to use this version of the API.   They are on the SSL service. 
 
Was something changed in during the maintenance window or is this just a configuration issue on the client's end?

There were changees around access to xml-rpc and the soap v2.0 API, although none of the changes should of affected existing customers. Sorry for the problem, we're investigating this now.

It'd also be useful if you could have your customers that have run into this log a case with Salesforce and have them reference bug #116790

At this point I'm only seeing one of our clients experiencing an issue with XML RPC.    I will log a case on behalf of this client.

Do you or your team have an estimate as to when this might be resolved?

We just released the fix for this.
