I need to modify the Console Tap.. is it posible?

Hi,

I can display in Console Activities, Accounts, Client Accounts, etc..  If I select Activities it doesn't display my custom fields on the list... so, why they are useful then?  I would like to display then in the list but I don't know if this is posible or not.

Any ides?

The lists are normally driven by list views just like the ones you make normally in the app.  Frankly I'm not sure where you set up Activity list views though, but there must be a place...

that is what I thought but I can't find any place where to change the page layout. I can do that in Leads, Accounts.. but I don't know where to change the page layout for Activities..

Does someone know about this? I don't know even if it is posible though

go to Home and click on the Calendar shortcut on the left.  In the main section you should see 3 small icons in the top left.  the third icon is the bulletpoint list.  Click that and it'll take you to the List View for Activities.
