Report on accounts with notes

Greetings !

Is there a way to create a Salesforce report that list all accounts which has atleast one note on them?

the only way i can think of is:

Select a.Id, (Select Id From Notes) From Account a

and loop through the account records who have an inner query (Notes query) size of greater than 0.
