About Forecasting

    Do you have any idea about what is the difference between Forecasting and what is Customizable forecasting?

Customizable forecasting lets you add things like a non-standard Fiscal Year, different forecasting periods (e.g. monthly, quarterly), forecast type (revenue, number of products in a product family, or both).  For more information on how to set these up (it's not very intuitive), see Chapter 11 in "Salesforce for Dummies".
